BOXCON is a curated experience for those looking to become Certified B❒X Facilitators—where you connect with experienced facilitators, deepen your understanding, and design how you apply the B❒X in your own context.
Set within the unique environment of Venice, this experience combines structured sessions with space for reflection, conversation, and real-world application.

What This Is
This experience is designed for individuals who want to become Certified B❒X Facilitators.
You’ll go through the B❒X as a participant, learn how it is delivered, and begin building the confidence to use it in your own work.
You’ll also learn alongside experienced facilitators, gaining insight from how they apply the B❒X in real-world settings.
The combination creates a different kind of learning environment—one where experience, perspective, and application are shared in real time.

The BOXCON Experience
Each day is designed differently—so you don’t just revisit the B❒X, you experience it from multiple angles.
Day 1: Certification Experience (Step Four)
Experience the B❒X as a participant—using the latest delivery approach.
This is a live, demo-led session where Jimbo walks through an updated version of the B❒X experience. You’ll revisit key moments, see how the delivery continues to evolve, and receive practical materials you can integrate into your own sessions.

Day 2: Community Deep Dive
BOX Experience → BOX Experiments
From the in-room experience to real-world experiments that create lasting change.
Day 2 is a working session focused on turning in the room insights into real world change. In small groups, you’ll explore how to design simple, practical experiments that extend the B❒X beyond the session—then share and refine those ideas together.

Day 3: Open B❒X Conversations
How can we Grow the B❒X?
Day 3 uses an Open Space format—where the agenda is created by the group based on the questions and opportunities that matter most.
In the morning, we focus on thinking OUT of the B❒X—exploring challenges, ideas, and opportunities for growing the work. Participants propose topics and join small group conversations to dive deeper.
In the afternoon, we shift to thinking IN to a Better B❒X—sharing insights, identifying next steps, and capturing how the work continues beyond BOXCON.

Your certification includes a starter set of B❒X materials so you can begin delivering right away. Additional B❒X materials are available per participant, with simple bulk pricing as you scale your programs.
