You prefer to base decisions on expertise, research looking for the highest probability of a successful solution.  

You are able and willing to do research and analysis to ensure that decisions are well made.

You are also able to create schedules and milestones and consistently hit them.

In groups you will get straight to the point, and may see exploration of “out of the box” possibilities as a waste of time if not well managed.

You will consistently encourage the group to stay realistic and will move from discussion to execution at the earliest possible point.  

You prefer group consensus based on rational decision making, and have little patience for people who are not swayed by clear, rational reason, or who do not meet their time commitments.
