In general, you enjoy thinking up and discussing new possibilities outside of your own experience or areas of expertise.
You are a bit of a “dreamer” who likes to envision a brighter future and are willing to make changes to achieve that vision.
In a group you are good at seeing multiple sides of a discussion and are willing to encourage new thinking and boundary pushing.
You will advocate eloquently for ideas you think are worth taking a risk, even if not everyone agrees with you because you are pushing towards the vision of the future, more than finding a solution for today.
