What’s New in 5.0?

This is the CORE DECK. What that means is we’ve reduced the number of slides per topic while adding a few additional topics and new logic.

0.0 Introduction– Same starting structure but shortened for more flexibility in context-setting.
1.0 What is your BOX?– Put the Nine-Dot Puzzle here to add some activity early on and help define thinking out of the box.
– Write the program topic on the BOX in the Puzzling Situation field.
2.0 Build your BOXRenamed “Own Your Box” to “Build Your Box.”
– Changed “Think Out of the Box” to “Break Through the Box.” 
3.0 Signals to Breakthrough the BOX– Changed the name from Signals to Think Out of the BOX. Removed “Puzzling Situations” as we covered that in “What is your BOX”

– Moved “OWN YOUR BOX” here as it represents ability to open and close the BOX.
New Exercise: Participants take a selfie through an opened section of the box to reflect on self-expression and psychological safety.
4.2 Open New FiltersNew Activity: Participants write down key life experiences that shaped their worldview and share them.
4.3 Align to the FutureNew Structure: Start with four core topical outcomes in the success image and build around them.
4.4 Open your MindClearer Two-Step Process:  
1. Identify personal contradictions (“I want this, but…”)  
2. Choose to let go of old limitations or reduce the goal (red side) to let in new strategies (green side)
5.1 Build a Bigger BOXRefined “Build a Bigger Box” Section: 
– Introduced structured team discussions with provided question cards.
5.2 Create a Breakthrough PasswordNew Concept: Reframed “Comfort Zone” as “Confidence Zone” to emphasize personal capability over comfort.
