Welcome to the In & Out of the Box Facilitator Training program.

The goal of the course is to give you the tools, models and understanding to deliver the In & Out of the Box process in a workshop as a facilitator, a training as a trainer, a classroom as a teacher, or as a coach with a client.  The process is very flexible and adaptable, and the more you understand both the process and the rationale behind the process, the more confident you will be to make the adjustments necessary to meet the needs of yourself and your participants.
