1. Introduction
By accessing and using the IDG BOX LITE Facilitator Course and its associated materials, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.
2. Grant of Rights
Upon successful completion of the online training course, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the IDG BOX LITE materials for the purposes outlined below:
• You may use the PowerPoint slides, images, handouts, and instruction videos to deliver the training program to participants.
• You may print or provide the handouts for printing to participants.
• You may promote and deliver the training program either for free or for a fee.
3. IDG Framework and Logos
The IDG BOX LITE Facilitator Course is based on the Inner Development Goals (IDG) Framework, which is open-source. The IDG framework and associated logos are not owned by Innogreat Co. Ltd. but are used under the open-source agreement. More information about the IDG Framework can be found at innerdevelopmentgoals.org.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All other materials and content provided in the IDG BOX LITE Facilitator Course, including but not limited to slides, handouts, videos, and instructional methods, are the exclusive intellectual property of Innogreat Co. Ltd.
• You are not permitted to claim ownership of these materials.
• You may not publish, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the materials or instructional methods.
• You may not develop or license any online learning programs based on the content of the IDG BOX LITE Facilitator Course.
5. Restrictions on Use
The materials provided to you are for your personal use as a certified facilitator. You agree to the following restrictions:
• You may not share your access to the learning materials with others.
• Each facilitator must register individually and accept these terms and conditions to gain access to the materials.
• Unauthorized use of the materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Course Fees
The IDG BOX LITE Facilitator Course is currently offered on a donation basis. While there is no fixed fee, donations are appreciated to support the ongoing development and dissemination of the program.
7. Termination of Rights
Innogreat Co. Ltd. reserves the right to revoke your access to the materials if there is any violation of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the materials and destroy any copies in your possession.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Innogreat Co. Ltd. provides the IDG BOX LITE Facilitator Course and its materials “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Innogreat Co. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of the materials or your inability to access the platform.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taiwan.
10. Acceptance of Terms
