Certified Box Facilitator Training Munich 11/11/19

I am excited that you have decided to join the ranks of certified In & Out of the Box Facilitators.

This blended course will provide you with all the tools and materials necessary to integrate “The Box,” into your workshop, training, classroom or coaching session.

The format of the course is straightforward.

1. Complete the eight modules below (Approximately 3 to 4 hours for native English speakers).
2. Schedule a coaching call with me to confirm your understanding of the material, and discuss how you can best use the process in your work (1 to 3 hours).

Each lesson follows a similar flow.

1. Written introduction.
2. Short reading assignment
3. Video explanation.
4. Resources that provide more depth.
5. Reflection questions to stimulate your thinking.

Each lesson has the following estimated time to complete to help you with scheduling.

1. Preparation – 15 min
2. Introduction – 30 min
3. The Outside – 25 min
4. The Front – 20 min
5. The Left & Right – 20 min
6. The Back – 50 min
7. Wear the Box – 30
8. Preparing for Final Call – 15
