This is a 30 to 50 minute add on to a BOX Experience. It is particularly good for:
In tact teams to understand each other’s creativity style and the impact that has on the team.
Leaders to better lead diverse teams through creative process.
Innovation/Agile/Design Thinking teams to understand the natural roles they play in the process.
Any person who needs to work with others to get things done.
Groups of 12 -30 participants
As a result of participating in this section, participants will:
Better understand their own creative style, the strengths that provides them, and the challenges they will face.
Awareness of other people’s creative style and how it may impact them and other team members.
Move from judgement of other styles, to strategically capitalising on the diversity of the group.
Gain an appreciation for creative process.
Understand that they can play the role of “The Bridge” between styles, regardless of their own preference.

The Structure of the add on is:
3 min: Introduce the concept of creativity styles.
7 min: Use a PPT Slide delivered questionnaire (7 forced-choice questions).
3 min: Ask people to gather based on their responses to the questionnaire.
3 min: Introduce the In the Box and Out of the BOX creativity styles
15-20 min: Put them into mixed teams and run a team-building activity
5-10 min: Highlight the challenges of creative styles
5 min: Introduce a Breakthrough Strategy for overcoming the challenges and benefiting fully from diverse creativity styles.
As designed it should take approximately 45-50 minutes, longer if group discussion is included.
