By registering for and attending BOXCON26 BKK, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
Participation is limited to Certified B❒X Facilitators in good standing with Innogreat Co. Ltd.
2. What’s Included
Your registration fee includes access to all scheduled sessions, conference venue, participant materials, refreshment breaks, and two networking dinners.
Lodging, flights, ground transportation, and all other personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant.
3. Use of Photos and Recordings
You consent to being photographed and recorded during the event. Innogreat Co. Ltd. may use photos, video, or audio taken during BOXCON26 BKK for promotional, archival, and training purposes without compensation to you.
4. Intellectual Property
All content shared by Innogreat Co. Ltd. during the event—including methods, slides, images, frameworks, and training materials—is the sole intellectual property of Innogreat Co. Ltd. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content outside the scope of their existing license as a Certified B❒X Facilitator.
5. Refund Policy
If you cancel your registration:
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the event (by March 13, 2026).
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after that date.
6. Assumption of Risk and Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that your participation in BOXCON26 BKK is voluntary and at your own risk. Innogreat Co. Ltd., its staff, and venue partners are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property incurred during the event.
7. Changes to the Program
While we strive to deliver the schedule and content as advertised, Innogreat Co. Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the agenda, speakers, or format of the event if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to treat others with respect and professionalism. Innogreat Co. Ltd. reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior disrupts the event or violates the spirit of the B❒X Community.
