Who is BOXCON for?

BOXCON is designed for both new and experienced B❒X facilitators.
If you’re new, you can complete your certification as part of the experience
If you’re already certified, you’ll deepen your practice, explore new applications, and connect with other facilitators

Can I attend BOXCON if I’m not yet certified?

BOXCON is designed as a facilitator experience, so all participants are either:
❒ already Certified B❒X Facilitators, or
❒ completing their certification as part of the event
If you’re not yet certified, you can join BOXCON by completing your certification alongside the experience.

What happens during BOXCON?

A Group Certification is focused on learning the method and getting certified in a structured, efficient format alongside others.
BOXCON is a more immersive experience. In addition to certification, it includes:
❒ real-time practice and feedback
❒ deeper exploration of applications
❒ connection with facilitators from around the world
If your goal is to get certified quickly, a Group Certification or 1-on-1 are both great options.
If you want to go deeper, build relationships, and expand how you use the B❒X, BOXCON is the next level.

Do I need to prepare anything before attending?

If you’re new to the B❒X, we ask that you complete Steps 1–3 of the certification before attending BOXCON.
This ensures you arrive ready to fully participate in the experience and get the most out of the live sessions.

What if I’m already a B❒X Facilitator?

BOXCON is one of the most valuable ways to continue your development.
You’ll:
❒ explore new ways to design and deliver sessions
❒ learn from other facilitators
❒ share your own experiences
❒ expand how you use the B❒X

What is included in BOXCON?

BOXCON includes:
❒ all sessions and facilitation
❒ certification (if applicable)
❒ two community dinners
❒ time and space to connect, learn, and build with other facilitators
Accommodation, transportation, and most meals are arranged individually.
Details may vary slightly by location.

What’s the difference between BOXCON events?

The core BOXCON experience is the same across all locations.
Each event follows the same structure, outcomes, and certification pathway.
The differences come from:
❒ location and timing
❒ the mix of participants
❒ the unique energy of the group
We also integrate elements of the local culture and environment into the overall experience, so each BOXCON reflects the place it’s held.
