By registering for and attending a BOXCON event, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
Participation is limited to Certified B❒X Facilitators in good standing.
2. Nature of the Experience
BOXCON is a collaborative, facilitator-focused experience.
Participants are invited to:
- share their experience
- contribute ideas and applications
- support the learning of others
This is not a certification program.
3. What’s Included
Your registration includes access to all scheduled sessions, participant materials, and group activities.
Travel, accommodation, and personal expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
4. Use of Content & Intellectual Property
All B❒X materials, frameworks, and content remain the intellectual property of Innogreat Co. Ltd.
Participants may use materials within the scope of their existing Certified B❒X Facilitator license, but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them beyond that scope.
5. Photo & Media Use
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
Content may be used by Innogreat for community, promotional, and training purposes.
6. Registration Policy
All registrations are final and non-refundable.
Registrations may be:
- transferred to another Certified B❒X Facilitator
- applied as credit toward a future BOXCON event or B❒X purchase
7. Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we aim to deliver the event as planned, Innogreat Co. Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, format, or location if necessary.
In the case of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to travel restrictions, natural events, public health situations, or other unforeseen disruptions), the event may be rescheduled or adjusted.
In such cases, registrations will be honored for the rescheduled event or applied as credit toward a future BOXCON or B❒X purchase.
8. Personal Responsibility
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Innogreat Co. Ltd. is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage during the event.
9. Community Expectations
Participants are expected to:
- engage respectfully
- contribute constructively
- support a safe and open learning environment
